One Oh One

I got this idea from my good friend and fellow blogger Marie, the concept is to make a list of a hundred and one things that you would like to accomplish in a thousand and one days.  I have been thinking about my list for a month now and am only at seventy one so this will be a revolving list that I will update on here frequently.  I’m thinking that I will update once a month with the things I have accomplished and/or add to the list.  I did something similar last year but it was more like twenty five things I wanted to work towards.  Anyways, here’s my list:

  1. Finish up my Medical Transcription certificate
  2. Learn to quilt (the right way, haha!)
  3. Finish up the Book of Love
  4. 100 daily photos of Kaylee & Harper
  5. Organize my kitchen
  6. Paint a painting
  7. Go golfing with the red headed fox
  8. Learn to shoot a gun
  9. Buy a Kitchenaid
  10. No fast food for a month or longer
  11. Get my nose pierced or get a Marilyn
  12. Start on my tattoo sleeve
  13. Lose 25 lbs
  14. Watch all Harry Potter Movies
  15. Write the red headed fox a love note daily for 30 days
  16. Learn to knit
  17. Journal Daily
  18. Scrapbook more
  19. Document “100 things I remember from my childhood”
  20. Be a better wife
  21. Visit Washington D.C.
  22. Pay off our Yukon
  23. Buy a Polaroid camera (why oh why did I get rid of mine years ago?)
  24. Redo office area and make into crafting area
  25. Make advent calendar
  26. Read The Last Lecture
  27. Make my own apron
  28. Finish decorating our bedroom
  29. Learn to make macrons
  30. Learn how to make cute decorative soaps
  31. Visit Atlanta for a weekend
  32. Read Ethan Frome
  33. Donate to St. Judes
  34. Blog daily
  35. Eat dessert first
  36. Take an unplanned road trip
  37. Build something super awesome out of legos with the kids
  38. Open an Etsy shop
  39. Potty train the Harpster
  40. Build a fort with the kids and spend all day playing in it
  41. Have family picnics every Sunday
  42. Have the kids paint a series of paintings for their rooms
  43. Thrift a dresser and completely redo it
  44. Start a weekly family game night
  45. Read the original Alice in Wonderland
  46. Help Kaylee grow a garden
  47. Make a series of handmade cards
  48. Mani & pedis with Kaylee
  49. Host a tea party with Kaylee
  50. Send weekly postcards to family back home
  51. Take a weekend beach trip

  53. Buy a set (or two!) of nesting dolls
