This is the face that I woke up to –

Somehow during the night both kiddos managed to make their little way into our bed. I do remember getting up and bringing Harper into bed with us because he wouldn’t settle back down in his own bed and I vaguely remember Kaylee climbing in bed with us — which was a first.

After breakfast we went up to the playroom for some fun time.

This next photo is classic Kaylee when she doesn’t get her way!! haha! Oh and check out her Dora outfit, she had just got done dancing to her dance along Dora DVD and she thinks wearing the Dora outfit makes her dance better…….

After a little play time we had movie time and watched Shark Tale…..

Chris came home around lunch time and after lunch I made some cookies! Yummm-O!

Now the kids are napping and all is quiet. See you tomorrow!

Today was like any other day EXCEPT I tried out Dance Dance Revolution for the first time!  haha!  I bought Chris an XBox for Christmas and along with it I bought myself Dance Dance Revolution.  Let me tell you that game is no joke — it will kick your butt!! After 45 minutes of dancing it up I stopped.  It’s hard but man is it a workout!!

With all this holiday craziness I have let myself get way behind!! Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday!! Here are some photos of the kiddos Christmas morning

Today was another busy day! We started out going to the grocery store to get everything we need for our Christmas Eve lunch then we headed home and ate some lunch. I had an Op Love session in the afternoon and afterwards headed over to a friends house for dinner. We had a ton of fun and all the kiddos got to play! That about sums up my day.

I let myself get behind again! Yesterday was a pretty busy day. I cleaned all morning and then re-did our Christmas village. When I woke up yesterday morning and went downstairs I noticed that our Christmas village looked like a tornado had been through it and come to find out it was Kaylee who took it over, those poor figurines never had a chance. So I spent a good hour moving it to a new location and fixing it back.

This one of my favorite pieces to the village. A Christmas Story is one of my all time favorite Christmas movies!

Then around 2pm we had some friends over and the guys all played Halo 3 for an extremely loooong time!

That pretty much sums up the day — spending time with friends and family I also found this perfect paw print on our back deck from Bandit and thought it was cool.

Man this has been a looooooong day!! Harper woke up this morning at 4:45 and decided it was time to stay up then around 5:30 Kaylee woke up!! Not much sleep for me last night!! So today was pretty much like any other day except we went to Chris’ Company’s Christmas party (try saying that 5 times fast!! haha!) So all of my photos are from the party and afterwards. The kids got to see Santa (twice!) once at the party and then he happened to drop by the house!! So enjoy the photos and hopefully tomorrow I will have more of a variety!!

Meet the James family. We had their session yesterday afternoon and it was allot of fun!! Little Nash and Miss Zion were uber cute and just a joy to be around. I’m a little short on words because I have to go get the kids ready for a Christmas party.

I fell a day behind!! I only got to take one set of photos yesterday morning before my day got crazy busy! So here’s my image from yesterday — it’s a few of the new ornaments I put up on the trees yesterday morning.

I had a fun family session yesterday afternoon, and afterwards got busy with editing. After the kiddos went to bed last night Chris and I wrapped gifts and watched some Nip/Tuck. That about sums up my day.

Today was day 2 of *30 days in the life of me*. Nothing too exciting happened! No sleeping in for me today — kids woke up around 6:30 am and we started our day. Kaylee had an unruly case of static in her hair, which made us all laugh. Harper seemed to feel better today compared to yesterday.

Chris got off again around noon and we all hung out for a little bit and then nap time as usual. Once the kids were up from their naps we went and did a little shopping at the 5th street mall, but we couldn’t go to the mall with out stopping at Starbucks — Oh how I love my Chi Lattes!! I will admit that Starbucks is my guilty little pleasure, I think I may be addicted!!

Now here we are a few hours later and the kids are finally in bed and Chris and I are watching one of our favorite shows — The Unit! We love that show!! This last photo is mainly for my dad, he’s always asking me how cold it is here so here you go dad, this isn’t the coldest it got today but you get the idea! Oh and don’t let the darkness fool you, although it may look like it’s late at night it was only 6 pm when I took this!!
