I had a maternity session with this beautiful couple last Saturday and had such a great time. They are expecting baby Ean (LOVE that name!) in just a few short weeks! I had a tough time narrowing the preview down to just a few, so sorry for the over-blogging of photos!! Enjoy!

As you can see I’ve fallen behind on the 30 days in the life of me — big surprise huh? ha ha! I’ve been super busy working like a crazy woman to get the website re-designed that I have become very negligent to my poor blog!! Now that the website is done — yes I said DONE (I’m having a few glitches with the baby gallery, so be patient it will be fixed soon) I can hopefully focus more on blogging.

Since we’re on the topic of the new redesigned website, let’s talk about some of the changes that are taking place in 2008. I am only taking on a select number of weddings this year, as much as I love being able to capture that special day it’s not my niche. From here on out I will be specializing in Maternity, Newborn, Children & Portrait photography, it’s what I LOVE!! Now let’s talk about pricing — the dreaded price increase. Prices have went up, but just a little. Sorry guys! I also have some new promotions coming soon so keep checking back for those announcements!!

So this morning I was sitting on the couch with the rest of my family when I see something move out of the corner of my eye, I look over and there was a huge moose in our back yard eating off of our tree. I jump up put on my snow boots and grabbed my camera, I’ve seen many moose since moving here but none this close (well once but we were in the car). I go outside on our deck and snapped a few photos before he got scared off by the guys plowing the roads. It never gets old seeing the moose in our yard………..

There is snow EVERYWHERE!! Last night two feet of snow fell!!

While on the phone with my mom, I hear the pitter patter of feet running in our kitchen, all goes quiet for a few seconds and then the fridge door slams and Kaylee runs up to me with a smirky look on her face and her mouth full of some thick yellow stuff. She refused to tell me what it was so I go and look in the fridge and this is what I found — my daughter had taken a huge bite out of a stick of butter!! The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree — from what I hear Chris used to do the same thing when he was little.

This pretty much sums it all up……

The other day I did what I will call a *mini* session with Vanessa. It wasn’t planned to be a mini session until we got outside and realized that it was -5 degrees out!! haha! So we did what we could without freezing and here’s what came of it. I always have so much fun during sessions with Vanessa! Thanks V!! I will see you again soon!

Since Kaylee has been sick I haven’t picked up my camera too much. She’s starting to feel better so hopefully she will be getting better soon! Anyways here are 2 photos that I snapped recently — the first is of my sick little one laying on her *sick couch* with her protector Bandit and the second is of a patch on my husbands Class A’s.

No photos for today   We had to take Kaylee in to the ER this morning so I’ve had a sick kiddo on my hands today.  Hopefully tomorrow will be better

Today was just another day, nothing too exciting happened. Kaylee has been sick since last night so she wasn’t feeling her best but she sure tried to act like she was feeling better, if it hadn’t been for her fever I would have thought she felt great!

Tonight for dinner I made homemade chili — YUMMM-O!!

Harper thought it was just as yummy as I did!!
