What better way to keep the kids cool and happy than let them play in a pool?

We are still waiting on our house hold goods to arrive from Alaska (the will be here Friday!) we have pretty much nothing in our house for the kids to do except play with the toys they brought but at this point those toys are getting old. So I went out and picked them up a little blow up pool, nothing fancy but they love it! I love it just as much because it gets them out of the house and keeps them cool — oh and it also wears them out which is also a plus when it comes to bedtime!!

I’m taking a much needed break from editing and came across this fun site — Wordle — It takes random words from your site and makes a neat collage out of them.  So here’s mine –

I spent this past weekend in Sacramento photographing Candice & Mat’s wedding, I’m not going to go into too many details just yet (I’m saving it for their real sneak peek) but I will say that it was a themed wedding and Chris and I had such a good time!! Here’s a little peek at what’s to come

A few weeks back my grandparents celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary a week later our family had a surprise anniversary party for them It was so good to see everyone and my grandparents were very surprised.

Last — I couldn’t help but share this one of Harp and his great uncle. I’m lovin it!

Finally home at last!  This past month has been a whirlwind for my family and I and things are just now starting to settle down.  In the past month we have been to 9 different states and 1 country   I am EXHAUSTED!    But it was all well worth it.  I have allot of blogging to catch up on so stay tuned for some new entries coming this week

In less than 24 hours Chris and I will be on our way to California for a wedding! I won’t be able to return phone calls or emails until Tuesday morning. Hope everyone has a great weekend and I can’t wait to share all the wonderful details of this wedding!!

Meet Sandra, she is the newest addition to our family My mom and step-dad adopted Sandra a few months back and I happen to think she is one of the most amazing & beautiful tweens out there.

It is very seldom that I find myself on the other side of the camera, I always feel awkward and silly and 9 times out of 10 the photo looks the same. But I was in dire need of some photos of myself for my site so I asked the only person I feel the most comfortable in front of — Chris. So here is a little peek at what came of it
